THE BIG FIVE

They are known as the SNOWEY RIVER BIG FIVE ! They have done awesome things for my kennel and for their country, each producing top offspring in their time. To write on all of them - well this page would just not suffice. I will choose a few words only on them all : they topped the countries best White Swiss Shepherd dogs in their time ever in sheer beauty, grace and charm, intelligence, stamina, conformation and had just the right producing genes ! These five will never be forgotten and will stay in my heart forever as my original BIG FIVE. A poem I wrote about Canto will sum up my absolute love and devotion for these five :
THE KING AND I
He stands so fine and tall,
The King.
His Head held high,
His eyes brown and caring,
His white mane lying softly,
majestically around his neck,
He watches me,
with every move, he's by my side
Loyal and waiting.
I place my hand gently upon his crown,
He looks up at me devoted.
I kneel down before him,
And take his head in my hands,
He is so Loyal, loving and caring,
This King of mine.
He braces himself,
And gently, very gently with wet nose,
Nudges me,
A re-assuring gesture, I sigh,
I am so proud of this KING,
